Prepare the payer marketplace to advance the appreciation of the high burden of illness associated with polycystic kidney disease (PKD) and the clinical impact of Brand X to achieve broad formulary coverage and launch.
 

Solution:

Created a targeted payer engagement strategy that relied on humanizing the impact of
PKD on stakeholders and educating payers with a persuasive PDK brand value proposition on the benefits of Brand X as the first and only FDA-approved treatment.
 

Results:

Strong Year 1 payer formulary coverage helped propel Brand X on a strong sales trajectory to significantly exceed Year 2 forecast and budget.
